Making a plan without an account

Your two answers (where you live, and your child's birth month and year) stay in your browser. They are kept in the part of the page address after the # sign, which browsers never send to our servers. We store nothing about your child.

If you create an account

We store only what we need to save your plans and send the alerts you ask for:

• your email address and a password (which we cannot read)
• for each child: birth month and year, and suburb. Never a full date of birth and never a name.
• the schools you follow, and your alert settings
• the date you agreed to this notice

We never share your details with schools or advertisers.

Emails

We email you only about the dates and schools you have asked about. You can change or turn off alerts at any time in your alert settings.

Visit counts

We count visits so we know which pages and schools are useful. The counts are anonymous daily totals: no account, address, cookie or birth date is recorded with them, and we respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Suggestions and corrections

If you suggest a correction or a school, we keep what you send so an admin can check it. Your email address is optional and is used only to ask about your suggestion.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all your children's details in one step from your account page. It takes effect straight away.
